AIC Recruitment 2021 –
AIC Recruitment notification for the year 2021 has been released. The notification details the outline for the recruitment process along with the eligibility criteria and other fulfillment that the candidate must fulfill.
All details of the eligibility along with the various important factors that a candidate must comply is given in this post. We will look at the vacancy, type of post, and the candidates eligible also.

AIC Age Limit –
- Minimum Age :- 21 years.
- Maximum Age :- 30 years.
A candidate must have been born not earlier than 1st November 1991 and not later than 31st October 2000 (both dates inclusive).

| PWD | 10 years. |
| Ex-Servicemen | 5 years. |
| Defense service personnel disabled in operation during the hostilities with any foreign country or in a disturbed area and released as consequence thereof. | 3 years. |
In case of a candidate who is eligible for relaxation under more than one of the above categories, the age relaxation will be available on a cumulative basis based on Government guidelines and Company Rules subject to the maximum age not exceeding 45 years.
AIC Qualification –
- Management Trainee :- B. Sc. (Agriculture)/ B. Sc. (Horticulture)/ B.E./ B. Tech in Agriculture Engineering with 60% marks. & M.Sc. (Agriculture) with 60% marks. & B.E/ B. Tech (Computer Science/IT) with 60% marks.& MCA (Masters in Computer Applications) with 60% marks. Graduate in Law with 60% marks. & Post Graduation in Law with 60% marks. B.Com with 60% marks. M.Com with 60% marks. Chartered accountants (ICAI) & Company Secretary (ICSI) & Cost and Management Accountant (The Institute of Cost Accountants of India) & MBA (Finance) with 60% marks (for SC/ST candidates 55%).
- Hindi Officer :- Post Graduate Master’s Degree in Hindi/Hindi translation with English as one of the subjects at Bachelor’s Degree level with 60% marks (for SC/ST 55% marks).

AIC Selection Process –
- Written test. (200 mark)
- Interview.
The candidates have to appear for Online Examination (Objective & Descriptive) of total 150 marks of 2 ½ hours (150 minutes) duration. The Minimum qualifying marks in the online examination is 60% for General, OBC & EWS and 55% for SC/ST. The online examination will be held in January 2022 (tentative). The dates of Examinations are liable to be changed at the Company’s discretion.

There will be negative marks for wrong answer, 1/4th of the allotted marks (in objective tests) will be deducted for each wrong answer. If a question is left blank i.e. no answer is marked by the candidate, there will be no penalty for that question.
