Qualification –
The candidate should be a full time graduate, preferably in MBA/ PGDM.
Required Work Experience –
The candidate should have 2-6 years of Sales Experience, Preferably in Telecom/FMCG
Job responsibilities –
- To strengthen the distribution and sales network by increasing the DTH Selling Outlets.
- To ensure availability of recharge so that existing customers are adequately serviced.
- To understand the market demographics.
- To drive sales strategy according to customer segments
- To drive the basic distribution & hygiene parameters.
- To ensure brand visibility through organized merchandising activities
- To ensure compliance to policy and processes by the Installation Engineers and ensure customer SLA are met
- To Handhold the team responsible for installing, servicing and repairing structures.
