1. Minimum Age :- 18 years.
2. Maximum Age :- 27 – 37 years.

DRDO Qualification –

1. Graduate Apprenticeship :- A degree in B.E./ B.Tech in Elect & Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Instrumentation, Telecom. engineering or Mechanical Engineering. & Computer Science, Computer Engineering/ Information Science & Technology Engineering.
2. Technician (Diploma) Apprenticeship :- A diploma in engineering or Computer Science, Computer Engineering.

DRDO Selection Process –

Graduate Apprentice Trainees (B.E/ B.Tech. /Equivalent) & Diploma Apprentice Trainees: Depending upon the vacancies available in various disciplines, selection of candidates will be carried out by short listing on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying exam.

DRDO Pay Scale –

1. Graduate Apprenticeship :- Rs.9,000/-
2. Technician (Diploma) Apprenticeship :- Rs.8,000/-
