Educational Qualification
The Officers under the Central Government (Failing which the Officers of the Public Sector Undertakings / State Governments / Union Territories/ Accredited Research Institutions / Universities / Autonomous Bodies/Statutory Organizations.
A.i) holding Analogous Post on Regular Basis in the Parent Cadre or Department; Or
ii) with 05 Years’ Regular Service in the Grade rendered after Appointment thereto on Regular Basis in the in Pay Scale (Rs. 10000 to 15200 (5th CPC) corresponding to Pay Level 11 of the Pay Matrix (7th CPC) in the Parent Cadre or Department with
B) in possession the following Educational Qualification and Experience vide the NACWC Recruitment 2023 Advertisement.
Essential :
i) Master’s Degree in Chemistry/Industrial Chemistry or Degree in Chemical Technology or Chemical Engineering from any Accredited University/ Equivalent Institute.
ii) 10 Years’ Experience in Managerial Technical Position in any Technical/Research Organization or Industrial Concern engaged in the field of Organic Chemicals and Organic Chemical Industry.
While forwarding the Eligible Candidate’s Application, the Cadre Controlling Authority must ensure that that the Applicant meets the Eligibility Criteria including Equivalent Qualification, Grade, Pay Scale, Experience, etc., along with Eligibility Certificate with the Endorsement/Approval of the Competent Authority.

56 years as of the Closing Date of receipt of the Applications from the Candidates.

12000-375-16500 (as per 5th CPC) Corresponding to Pay Level 12 of Pay Matrix (7th CPC)

Selection Criteria
As has been notified in the NACWC Recruitment 2023 Advertisement Selection on the Post Joint Director Post shall be carried through by Deputation (Including Short-Term Contract).
Period of Deputation (Including Short-Term Contract) including the Period of Deputation (Including Short Term Contract) in another Ex-Cadre Post held immediately preceding this Appointment in the same/some other Organization/Department of the Central Government shall Ordinarily Not Exceed 04-Years notified in the NACWC Recruitment 2023.
