POWERGRID Recruitment 2022 Job Notification: Power Grid Corporation of India Limited has released the recruitment notification for the post of Field Engineer (Electrical/Civil) and Field Supervisor (Electrical/Civil). PGCIL Recruitment 2022 Eligibility criteria

Educational Qualification –

• Field Engineer -Candidate should have full time B.E/ B.Tech/ B.Sc (Engg.)/ BE(Power Engg.) in Electrical discipline or equivalent from recognized University / Institute with minimum 55% marks for General/ OBC(NCL)/ EWS and pass marks for SC/ST/PwD/ExSM candidates.
• Field Supervisor – Candidate should have Full Time regular 3 years Diploma in Electrical Engineering discipline from recognized Technical Board / Institute with minimum 55% marks for General / OBC (NCL)/ EWS candidates and pass marks for SC/ST/PwD/ExSM. Higher technical qualification like B.Tech. / BE / M.Tech. /ME etc. with or without Diploma is not allowed.

Age Limit –

Candidate upper age limit should be 29 years as on 01.06.2022 is mandatory, he /she should not have been born before 01.06.1993 or after 01.06.2004.

Salary –

Shortlisted candidates are eligible to get a salary for Field Engineer post is Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 1,20,000/- with initial basic payof Rs. 30,000/- + Industrial DA + HRA + Perks @35 % of basic pay and for Field Supervisor is Rs. 23,000 to Rs. 1,05,000/- with initial basic payof Rs. 23,000/- + Industrial DA + HRA + Perks @35% of basic pay.

PGCIL Recruitment 2022 Selection Process–

• Selection will be based only Written Test/Computer Based Test. Written Test shall be of Objective Type of 2(two) hours duration consisting of two parts.
• Appointment of selected candidates will be subject to their being found medically fit in the Pre-Employment Medical Examination to be conducted as per POWERGRID Norms and Standards of Medical Fitness.

PGCIL Recruitment 2022 Application Fee-

Application fee for the post of Field Engineer is Rs. 400/- and for Field Supervisor is Rs. 300/-. Application fee paid only by Online mode. The application will never be refundable.
