UKMRC Recruitment Eligibility Criteria –
Qualification :
Graduation in any discipline. The candidate having Post Graduation in Human Resource Management from a Govt. University/ Institute of repute will be given preference.
Pay Scale :
Rs.33,000-1,00,000 IDA
Eligible Pay Scale/Minimum Experience for UKMRC
The substantive grade and post of the candidate should be any of the following:
CDA Pay Scale: 5200-20200 (Grade Pay 2400) (Level-4) of 7th pay commission) or above pay scale. Or,
IDA Pay Scale: 25,000-80,000 IDA or above pay scale. Candidates should have varied experience of working in Govt./Railway/Metro Rail Corporation/PSU in HR Department.
Note 1– Candidates working in higher pay scale/post with experience, if found suitable, may be considered for one scale higher from the existing pay scale in which they are currently working in their parent organization, within same working level.
Note 2– The post of Office Superintendent can be operated at any stage in the supervisory level, subject to the conditions mentioned in the Note 1 above.
Note 3– Retired officers joining on Reemployment basis, should have worked in the above mentioned pay scales in Govt./Railway/ Metro Rail Project/PSU.
Age Limit :
The age of the candidate shall be (As on 01-09-2022)
For Working Officers: Maximum- 58 years.
